开放的攀爬
是的，你可以! The U of I 攀岩中心 is open to the public, in addition to U of I students.
Full-time U of I students can access the 攀岩中心 at no additional cost. Anyone that is not a current full-time U of I student may purchase a day pass or climbing center membership on either a one-month, 四个月或一年的增量. 一份全面的 会员选择和定价可以在这里找到.
Private instruction is available upon request at a cost of $50/hr with a minimum of 48-hour notice and a maximum of two participants.

是的, everyone must pass a basics clinic (even if you are just bouldering). The basics clinic consists of learning how to tie the figure 8 follow through knot, belay using a manual braking belay device and cover proper communications between climbers and belayers. Prices are $10 for UI students and $15 for non-U of I participants.
